Delivery & Packaging

All of our orders for delivery are freshly prepared and then carefully packaged into temperature controlled boxes. This makes sure that your order remains perfectly chilled and fresh from the moment the courier collects your box, until they deliver it to your door.

How Much For Delivery?

All orders over £75 are delivered nationwide for FREE! Standard UK delivery is £6.99 and local delivery is £4.99

Please note that any orders received after 4:00pm will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Days

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict delivery schedule for all goods ordered through our website to ensure that they reach you in prime condition. Our deliveries are from Tuesday to Friday as follows:

Local & UK Delivery Exclusions

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we don’t currently deliver to the following postcode areas: AB36-38, AB55, AB56, BT, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20-99, PH19-99, ZE

Order & Collect

For our local customers and those happening to be passing through, we also offer our free and convenient Order & Collect service. Your order will be available to collect after 11am on your chosen date. Please also note our shop opening and closing times at the bottom of this page.

The Buyer may cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The Buyer may cancel any Contract for Services at any time before seven working days has passed from the day after the Contract was made and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. If, however, the Supplier starts to perform its side of the Contract with the agreement of the Buyer before the Buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods may have to be returned by the Buyer to the Supplier within the best before date or use by date on the product. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective and/or need to be returned.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Supplier on the package.
